i don't know what to do

i just returned from my mom's place where i stayed for thanksgiving. we went to the casino and hotel on friday for my mom's birthday. the casino was a bit boring, i got a little headache while i was there because of the smoke. most of the people at the casino are old people, some young guy was remarking about being surrounded by old people and my grandma shouted in the casino, "HEY! I HEARD THAT!"
we stayed over night at the hotel on friday til saturday, the room wreaked like smoke because it was a smoking room. the smell of smoke never used to get to me but i can't stand it now for some reason. there isn't supposed to be smoking in my van that is used to take me to my mom's place and back but i know that my mom is going to smoke in it still. she said to me, "i'll clean it out after." because i told her not to smoke in my van and she didn't say anything and rolled her eyes. my grandma paid to get it professionally cleaned, so that it wouldn't smell like smoke and she still smokes in it. i don't know how to stop her from smoking in the van, i've tried to ask her not to smoke and she rolls her eyes. i'm serious when i ask her too, i might as well just give her a knife and tell her to stab me because she's killing me both ways, just faster one way than the other.
